will a carfax report tell me who the owner of record is?

My situation, I bough a motorcycle over a year ago with cash and either never recived the title or it got lost once it got to my mailbox. If it was sent to me will it show that I am the owner of record?

When I sold my last F150, I ran a Carfax to give to potential buyers.

No, it won't, it will just use common terms, like New Owner, etc...
