Right at the moment I am at work, or supposed to be, Grand Prairie/Arlington area. I live near Burleson, about 12 miles south of Fort Worth.

I lived in Grand Prairie for about 7 years before I moved down here in Athens. Do you know the toll bridge that comes off Loop trouble (12) into Grand Prairie (303 I think)?

I lived in that area.

I live about 100 miles form Burleson.

small world.

Yes I know where that is, and it is small. Our plant and office is just north of 303 near Great Southwest Parkway. My wife inherited some land at Brownsboro, we come through Athens occasionally when we go down there. We have eaten a few times at a little country BBQ place about half way between Athens and Brownsboro. We both grew up in Longview.

The BBQ place your talking about...is it on 31 and called Piggies? (Pig E's) I think that's the name. If so, I wouldn't recommedn eating there. My buddy (he's mentioned in another thread) works for a pest control company and services them. He said he would never eat there. Oh god, some of the stories. If that's not the place, then your cool, I guess.

Hell, man, we should get together one weekend your in Brownsboro (I drive thru there everyday). I have my friends, and my wife has her friends, but her friends are single, and so are mine. It's hard to find a married couple that's cool to hang out with.

Anyway. Thats cool. Who woulda thunked it.

That's what I have been hearin'. I hope I find a male that looks similar to Fletch or BrewDudes Pooch. I am going to look at a litter on Saturday. I have a name in mind, but it depends on his personality. I was thinking, "Jinx". I cant wait.

Yes, I think Piggies is it. looks like a house , sort of. I wondered what those black crunchie things in the beans where.

Jinx is a cute name. Kind of fits most Lab's personalities I think.

He only acts this way when he has a new bone. Its all a show though, I take the bone from him all the time just to make sure he wont actually chomp down on anyone. Its actually pretty hilarious to watch. He will growl and show his teeth, then when you grab the bone he will put his teeth around your hand but not bite down. Then he will act all "pretty" and try to get it back.

O yea he is already neutered. But that dosnt matter, all the nurses and vets love him, and he has yet to even growl at one of them. They all say he's just so cute, and in the terms of his favorite nurse "he's such a sweet dog, can I bring him home with me?", and she'll say this everytime we go in. She will even come and see him in one of the vet rooms even if she isnt his nurse for that particular visit. She simply wants to say hi and pet him.

Actually, he might bite you if you DONT pet him a give him some love, OR of course if your dressed like a mail man and bring mail to my house.

I'll have to remember NOT to wear a US mailman uniform when I come over.

I see it now. lol, didnt really look at the pic in that way since that bone is actually a cow knee. But taking a second look at it shows otherwise.
