Hey guys,(and the 9 gals)
I nee a little help, I want to change a bitmap image to a jpeg file so I can upload a picture into my gallery. How does one do this? what program is needed.
The picture is a printed photo that I scanned then saved. every time i try to send it to my gallery another screen pops up and advises that an unsual error has occured. I think its because the picture is a bitmap image and not accepted.

 

What operating system are you using?

 

widows XP

 

Open it in MsPaint and then Save as and select jpg from the file type drop down list.
