What can I do about my digital camera?

If all else fails, see if there is a master reset for the camera.
found it:
It says in REC or PLAY mode press [menu]
Select the "set up" tab, select "reset" then press the [->] (arrow button)
Select "reset" then press [Set]
If you still can't get it to work, go get another camera. You'll spend way too much to get the old one repaired.
PS: Buy a Sony camera.

I just tinkered around with it.. The EV was set to 0.0 and it was in 'auto' mode. I might go try it outside today and see if it still looks the same. Sometimes the pictures turn out alright, but other times they are 'unacceptable. '
