I read somewhere he once tried to sign up for the army but was turned down, not sure how true it is.

 

It should be noted that he is gay. Which he even admits to on his personal web page. While Im not gay people are like that, maybe he holds a personal hatred of the military because of their views on homosexuals.

I'm in the Air Force, went to the site the other day. I do not agree with what he says, but I do defend his right to say it. If someone was to say he deserved a brutal beating, I can't really argue with that. But it boils down to him being uneducated. From his responses to Hannity's questions you can tell he doesn't even really know why he feels the way he does, other thatn our pay. I am positive this guy tried to join the service, probably every branch, and was rejected for being a dumb*****. Now he has a grudge because he works for minimum wage somewhere and will never do anything with his life. He has probably never been a social person and this was a stab at some attention, good or bad, he got it. He is out trying to make a few bucks for some outrageous, bull***** view. I'm not gonna feel sorry for him when I read in the news about someone who lost a loved one over there killing this guy. I'm gonna quit ranting now, just had to chime in.

 

Being in the military, this guy makes me want to vomit. He has EVERY RIGHT IN THE WORLD TO SAY WHAT HE LIKES, but is this the best he can do with his 1st amendment??? I think this is all a hoax but you never know. There might actually be someone that dumb out there.

The video in the first post made me sick to watch. I must say though it was great to see both Hannity & Colmes call the guy an idiot.

If this is true & that represents his views, I wouldn't **** on him to put out a fire. This guy better hope he never runs into any disgruntled military types. He would most likely be savagely beaten. I personally wouldn't waste my time. My career & life are far too important to me to waste it by kicking the sh$t out of some pus$y like this.

I just watched the clip you guys are talking about.
I am in the Army, Have been since 1979.
This type of thinking Pi$$es me off to no end, But this is the type of opinions me and my brothers in arms are fighting to protect,unfortunatley some people think that the 1st ammendment gives them the right to offend others. What about my right to not be offended by some uneducated puke like Micheal Crook.His statement about over payment and free housing is way off bases.The soldiers that come back from Iraq disabled, are put out of the Army at 10 to 50% of what they earned on active duty minus the housing pay and the allowance for food, this usually amounts to around 800 to 1200 dollars a month plus what little they can get from Social security,maybe another 400 to 900 dollars a month, if he honestly thinks this is being over paid,then let's see if he is willing to live on this amount for just 1 year and then ask his opinion.I am willing to bet he won't do it.
I have Lost some very good friends in Iraq and will always miss them, but I also thank them for giving their all to insure that Micheal Crook can say whatever he wants to.
