Thumbs down Idiots, Beer, Trucks = Don't Mix. (PIC)

Well Sunday night about 2:11 I hear a car coming down the road really fast but have my blinds closed. Then I hear glass shattering so I go out side and some group of incredibly productive individuals had thrown a box of various emptied long necks at the truck. Thankfully they were too drunk or stupid to aim accurately and hit the ground about 15ft in front of the truck but it had enough momentum to slam into the push bar, but that pretty much stopped any damage from occurring. I was mainly mad at how long it took to sweep up the street.

Well tonight around 12-1ish I was actually up looking around some forums and an individual who apparently lacks a pair drove up in what must have been a V-8 (Sounded like a Dodge) I heard it coming down the road and thought nothing of it till I heard it idle for a sec, then though I don’t know anyone who drives a truck like that who would be hear this…..smash…. Well the truck halls *** away so I figure hrmm that sounded like a water balloon somebody probably just filled it with some random crap and threw it at the truck, so I go out side and don’t see anything on the ranger but low and behold there are spider marks all over my driver side window.

Whoever it was drove right up along side of the truck and apparently had a spark plug in fist and back handed the hell out of it before driving off. The sad thing is I know the police can’t do anything but for some reason I decided to call them instead of chase. Hopefully it won’t happen again but if it does, won’t make the same mistake twice.

Now I just have to wait for the new infrared video surveillance system for the house that I have ordered.

$115 – Window
$25 – Tint
$135 = Price of Stupidity at its finest.

For someone to target your truck- two nights in a row, you have either p!ssed someone off, or- they just have it in for you.

They got you that time- so, they aren't coming back- but I think I'd hang out for a night or two to see if they came back...

May want to have a heater with you, just in case they have one.

Only prob is I have no one from college that I know who isn't either a graduate of the academy or currently in it and they were either friends or I just didn't know them well. Only had a very small group of people who disliked me in HS but its been too long for them to be comming around.

I dont really think the two incidents were related but either way the truck will be on nice cameras w the night vision 24/7 now. Gonna save up and get the digital recorder so I dont have to deal with VHS.

As far as the protection goes if anything happens again I will follow them this time, and theres a brand new Glock 21 that has yet to be fired with 1 in the chamber 13 in the clip. (No for all you flamming liberals out there that are anti guns I'm not trying to be macho its just protection in the event they were to stop and pull something.)

Also the Sentina Push bar on there is great for the pitt although it has a nasty habit of causing roll overs on other pickup trucks at over 50MPH

"Spark plug in their hand and backhanded the window" ???????? That seems a little to specific if you're not sure how they did it... how bout a good ole hammer or closed fist w/ brass knuckles? or a baseball bat? or a tire iron? or who knows what?

If you look at the glass it was no hammer or bat. When you lay your arm against the window the part that was shadowed up fits perfectly with that little bone in your wrist. The impact point was in a perfect circle and the center of the circle was very small. It wasn't a blunt object and it wasn't a bat. There were no door slams the truck was never taken out of drive, I can guarantee with certianty that it was either the driver or someone in the bed, unless it was a group in a quad cab which I very seriously doubt.

Be sure to wear black cloths at night if you wait up for them. A white t-shirt can be seen a mile away.

LOL you know I was expecting the be responsible pay for it suck it up responses...
But I like these much better....

Oh well it was probably just some jelous chevy owner..

Actually the glass guy left about an hour ago and I'm taking it in to be re-tinted at 1:30 so if they drive by again they will be in for a suprise. One truck that sounded like the one last night has driven by but I dunno, they weren't really creaping although they were all looking at the truck, and it was an 80's model chevy with 3 different shades of primer and 3 guys all packed together.

Hide in the bushes with a 30-30, let them break it again, then see how many bullet holes you can put in their vehicle before they get away. Or, sit in the truck with a 12 gauge, use slugs.

Next time you hear that truck come by, run outside and throw beer bottles at them...Or just flatten their tires with your method of choice and then call the cops...

BTW
Thank god for window tint, huh?
If you hadn't of had them tinted, then that all would have been inside the truck!
