Warn Hidden Winch

Warn released the semi-hidden winch system for the 04 - 05. Cant wait to get it, but very expensive. Anyone else thinking winches.
Cant be 4 wheeling alone without it.
4wheelparts is selling it for around 1k.
What do you all think?

Got a link or something? How well is it hidden? You can't go wrong with a Warn...

When you wrote hidden winch I thought you were talking about an ex-girlfriend...then I looked at the spelling.

Hidden???

I'd call it flush mount at best!

Get a center mount! Then you would beable to winch from nose or aft. with the same winch and is just as well if not better "hidden".

I actually like the hidden setup better than the front reciever one. This looks better on the truck and I dont have to hook it on everytime I want to use it. Plus with my front skid plates I dont think I could have a front hitch. I think its a pretty sweet system. And its actually called a semi-hidden system, which is more than enough for me.

Is 4wheelparts the place with the horrible reputation for ripping people off and crappy attitudes towards customers with problems?

When someone says 4wheelparts, I saw Walmart of 4x4. I think their prices are generally good but don't go to them to have any work done

A little too pricey for me too. But after being stuck for 4 hours last weekend its getting less pricey every time.
Someday I will get it. But too much $$$ as of now.

4wheelparts has been great to me. I have never paid shipping or truck freight and as far as I know I have gotten everything at the lowest price I could find. Its all a matter of research and not impulsive purchases.
