how are your fire extinguishers?

in light of what happend to my parents friends,i gave all my extinguishers a once over..out of 5 we have only 2 are still"good"...even though we never used them 3 are on "recharge"..so DO IT NOW!!!..fire dont play games..and it dont say "im sorry" when it happens...i keep a bigass one right next to my bed...easier to find if ever needed god forbid...i allways wondered why they are next to stoves and such...if the stove is on fire then getting to it may be trickey...same with a fireplace/wood stove area...keep a good one next to where you sleep and near your favorite chair/couch because YOU NEVER KNOW...zap!

believe it or not its probably cheaper to get a new one...much less hassel of dropping it off and picking them up...and another thing..they have "expiration dates"in them and they wont refill it if its past the date...stay safe!...zap!

I think they got to get reinspected after a certain amount of time or something but I'm no expert I'm sure some of these other guys will know. After heading down I35 to visit a friend one morning and pulling over to help out out another F150 just like mine I've always made sure the 10lb one I have behind the passenger seat is in working order.
