Whazzup with my Milwaukee tool kit?

Well, I finally got my Milwaukee tool kit, 11 weeks after I bought my truck!! I don't know how it is in the rest of the country, but "Texas truck month" advertised a Milwaukee tools kit for each new truck bought. Originally they said a 7 piece tool kit in the commercial (were not clear on the contents), then it was mysteriously became a 4 piece kit in the commercial which included a ratcheting drill, Reciprocating saw (they call it SAWZ-ALL), and a Circular saw. I had this commercial on my Tivo and played it over and over to read the fine print.

Well my tool kit came. It has the drill, Sawz-All and a carrying bag. No circular saw. Of course it comes with the batteries and chargers.

I would not think they would count batteries and chargers as a "piece" of a 7 piece tools kit. But you never know.

Has anyone else recieved their kit? What did it contain?

I want to make sure they did not short change me.

Thanks everyone,

Iam74Gibson

3 tools, flashlight, 2 batteries and charger is a 7 pc set. Otherwise they would call it a 7 TOOL set.

A bit deceiving, but that language comes from Milwaukee, not Ford.

The Circ saw may be on backorder or it was an oversight but either way, let your dealer know in writing that it is missing.

Again, this is Milwaukee screwing up, not Ford.

Toolkit part number for Tools?

Thanks for the reply J150. Would you know the part number for the kit is supposed to be? What I got was 0903-099. I don't think this is right. I definitely did not get a flashlight. Ok, I guess it's cool to count the batteries and charger as part of a 7 piece kit, as long as the rest is there.

Thanks!

Well most kits incluse the case as a 'piece' so I would not doubt that they include the battery as a piece either.

The batteries definitely count as a piece.
