On the menu click Tools, and then select Internet Options. On the General Tab, look in the section "Temporary Internet Files" and click Delete Files.

If that doesnt do it, maybe you should try going to the latest version of IE, although I doubt that is your problem...

 

I just clicked the page with the arrow icon and now it activated the quick reply which I am using now. It didn't go to another page for me

 

FL, got the Quick Reply figured out yet? On your screen, right hand side of any post, do you see the green box with Quote in it? Beside that is a small page with an arrow, if you click that it will activate the Quick Reply box and you can type in there, which is what I am doing now. And if you know the symbol for the smilie you want to use, you can include them as well!!

I am using IE 5.2 on a Mac. I can't see the Quick Reply icon either. I switched to Netscape and the Quick Reply button is there. Try switching your browser.

edit: It also works fine with Foxfire.

 

I can see the Quick Reply buttons on IE. I'm using Netscape 7 right now and the Quick Reply buttons exist and are functional.

 

Try updating IE to the latest version.
Or start using another browser like Firefox (or just stick to netscape since you already have it).
