If so what are your favorite games.

I love Texas Holdem. My favorite online or in RL.

Any suggestions for some other games?

I play limit holdem online at partypoker.com
I've watched on TV but never played "live" because I didn't know the etiquite and stuff of local play. My mom learned last weekend so maybe she can share with me and I can go play in person. Otherwise I stick to Craps in Vegas.

 

I love poker games... TH'm is fun, but sometimes just takes to damn long and unless there is serious money to play for it gets boring fast. It takes for ever even with doubling the blinds every 10-15 mins..

My favorite poker nights are 'dealers choice'. Follow the queen, blind baseball, screw your neighbor, hi & low... now that's good stuff.

 

We play weekly, bunch of friends and it is dealers choice.

We typically play Holdem, Omaha, Followthe Ladies, Low Hole, Mexican (I belive it is called) and anything else we can think of. Never played Baseball but I heard it is crazy.


I tried party poker but unless you play for real money people call anything and I always seem to get drawn out on.

 

Poker is a blast.

I played in a 300 person tournament last year and placed 14th. Of course 14th was one place out of the money so, yeah I lost. It was my first tournament play and it was by far the best experience. If you get a chance play a tournament. Don't worry about you level of play there will be worse people. It is just alot of fun beating other people and looking at all the different hands in real time.

We play with our neighbors all the time. The wife is really good, she has a good poker face, plus I can't play against her she calls me out everytime.

For online play, I like Doylesroom.com. Since I started online school though I don't have the time to play like I used to.
