Why??
Thanks HHIFX4, those types are exactly what I was talking about. We probably have at least 100 or more of those running around town. Most of those are seen in the ghetto areas, which is about half of the city. There is one driving around that is sitting on a frame and sits about 2 feet higher than those in the pictures.
That's not ghetto, that's country. I'm from the country, so I know country when I see country- OK?! Especially Kentucky- that's all country baby..

All my life I've been po
But it really don't matter no mo
And they wonder why we act this way
Nappy boyz gon' be, OK
All my life been po
But it really don't matter no mo
And they wonder why we act this way
Nappy Roots gon' be, OK
You can have a car lie that in the country, but you couldn't have a car like that in the ghetto- not before you got carjacked for it- or killed...
Not to stereotype my people singularly- I see the Latino's and some caucasians are involved in this (My rims cost more than my car" trend as well. In my new "hood" 90% of the folks you see on dubs or above, are fair-complected...
I don't like lifted trucks (Good ol' Boy Mobile), so you know I don't like lifted 4 x 4 looking cars...
Yes; they Toyota is photoshopped- no way would those rims fit, without cutting away some of the body...
I like big rims, but they only go on trucks- not cars...
Had I the spare $$- I'd be rolling an H2, sittign on 24's, with nice tires, and slammed to the ground too- but, for now- the F-150 and the Expedition are gonna have to do...

This may sound crazy, but there are several Crown Victoria's and Chevy Caprice Classics around here that actually do have rims on them that big. The bottom of the car is about 3-4 feet in the air to allow for clearance. Most of them have those god awful spinners on them.
I have seen several of them, most have stickers and stuff on them like a Nascar driver would on on their cars, including the numbers and sponsors on the hood. One day, I am going to get a picture of one. I know there are a few others from Jacksonville here, so maybe they have seen them too. Most of them are in the ghetto areas.

What's so great about the WHEELS, anyway, gosh that gets on my nerves. Why must they be the center of attention on a vehicle, it looks like such bad taste.
