Anyone have a good hangin' rope? No, I won't use it to hang the sorry fool, but I do have some places in my gravel driveway that need smoothing out. Does the story say how much he weighs? Wonder if he'd weigh enough to put on top of a piece of chain link fence so I could drag my driveway? I'm a little forgetful sometimes though ya know. I might just forget he's back there when I run down to DQ to get a Moolatte

Getting drug to death would be one of the worse ways to die i think. Wasnt there a guy few years ago that was drug to death over a racism deal?

This has nothing to do with racism. We're talking about a cold blooded murderer that stabbed his daughter in the eyes and neck for goodness sake! And I was sort of joking anyway. Bottom line is he needs to be executed if he is indeed the guilty party. Period. I would like someone to explain to me why he shouldn't be put to death if he's guilty.

I firmly believe that these sorts of people should be staked out in the middle of town and the public should be allowed to throw rocks, sticks, bricks, rotten food, feces or anything they so chose at them. Then they can be put to death by some slow torturous means.

How can any person do such a thing to such innocence. I beleive in God, but when these things happen, particularly to children I can only wonder how He could allow it. There is no punishment I know of that would be good enough. Perhaps slowly burning the guy over a period of months.

Poor babies!

I find this too disturbing to elaborate any further.

I agree with WM Rose..
Even if we strung people up and let them dangle in the town square for a few days. Kids now would see that and it would be burned for ever in thier mind. Anytime anything 1/2 bad crosses thier mind they would remember the sight of the bad guy hanging from the galloughs when they were kids and likely wont go through with what ever it is then.

as good as putting them to death sounds. i would rather have them live their life in a hardcore prison were everyone nows what they did. no friends, dailey raping, no respect and NO CONTROL (which is what this MISERABLE POS lives for) sounds worse than death.
i dont think ,in this case, that the death penalty would keep a person like this guy from doing it, you are forgetting he does not think like most of us, for me the death of my child would be the ultimate price I could ever pay, if the thought of your child dead dosent stop, you nothing will.

Very true ^^
But I really dont't want to pay to feed a POS like that for the rest of his miserable life. Another option that I like... If he likes to kill send him over to our war zone and fight! No gun, no rations, NO training. He will have to fight just to survive. Let God decide if he lives or dies.

Edited to add:
Not just a war zone but drop him Via parachute in the middle of an enemy hot zone. If he kills a few of them before they get him... great he accomplished something constructive, But in the end it's not likely anyone would survive.

i wonder what the cost of a death penalty case cost, with the manditory appeal and the 7 or 8 years on death row and all the special interst groups getting involved with this high profile of a case. As opposed to a life charge, were there would probably be no appeal.

As i have said before, if you give him a life sentence, the parents of the other liitle girl can move on with there life. yes it will be 1 to 2 years before he is convicted and sent away but the day he starts serving, they start healing, if it is a death penalty case you are dragging it out 6 to 8 years of a roller coaster ride. then after that time they find that even though he is dead, they still are hurting.

i agree with the death penalty, just not the time it takes and the automatic appeal process.
