So it would be only be about 55 cents per liter.

Of course the bad news would be the gas mileage. 16 miles per gallon (US) equals 6.80 km/liter.

16 does sound a lot better than 6.8.
Thanks a lot , Now you ruined it for me.

That bit just does not work typewritten...

It should be kept locked up in a glass case with a sign that reads "break glass only in event of a Leslie Nielson movie"

It depends on how many kittens or puppies are included. Usually a litter of kittens is considered a give away here and in the Netherlands, while a litter of puppies runs from 25 bucks to 2500 bucks depending on the pedigree.

There's one you will never hear Leslie Nielson do in a movie....... hum, now that I read it, there's good reason he never used it.

Shell

90 1.309
93 1.363
Diesel 0.985
V-Power 1.358
V-Power Diesel 1.055
Propane (LPG) 0.40-0.50 (Not sure)

That's in Euros.
Multiply by 1.2955 for US-dollars, by 1.6126 for Canadian dollars.

So if my calculations are right you all are paying about $6.33 USD per gallon for 90 octane.

I guess we, in the US, should be thankful.

Thanks for the info!

1.309 x 1.2955 x 3.785412 = $6.42 for 90 octane.

That's why most trucks run on Propane.
A propane system however will cost you about $4500,- though.

What type of propane system are they using there. Is it a liquid propane injection system or a vapor propane injection system.

I'm looking for liquid propane injection systems. All the convertions system I've found on the market in the US have been vapor injection systems. These do not make the power that a liquid propane injection will make.

Different systems but I know LPI-systems inject per 4 cylinders and you loose almost no power.
Well, that's what I hear from guys, I am not running on propane myself.
I will reply to your propane thread soon.
