Man, we must be hurting for topics when we start a new thread to say how tired we are and that we're going to bed. Good Night

HAHA how true, but honestly I was thinking the same thing. Im off tomorrow so I really dont need to go to bed early tonight. Although, when Im off, I usually do more work around the house than I would do at work.

I'm still here. 10:49 Alaska time. Not a lot of folks hang out here this late, I'm usually talking to thin air or buckdropper, he's here most nights.

Sunset tonight was about 9:00, got dark about 9:30/10ish. When we lived in Cordova it was so cool, walk outside at 3 am and be able to see clearly without turning on any lights! I love that!!

I was in Alaska for the entire month of June and part of July. Once I got back near the Canda/US border (near Washington)... Well, it was almost hard to sleep in the dark. I got used to the sunlight for the 20 hours a day. It was great!

Can't wait to go back to Alaska.

(the drive from Oklahoma was long though)

I think they have a rule that says you're not allowed to enjoy the eternal daylight summers unless you stick around for the winter...

stick around long enough to be classified an Alaska citizen, then move south to get some warmth during part of the winter. That way you still get the annual dividend. Whats it around this year? $919.84 ??
