well students, its that time again. Time for my post once again on the subject that we all like to avoid : FINALS!!!
Broke out the coffee maker on friday and started by an 8-hour study session with a couple classmates getting ready for the first round on Tuesday. Being a business major in my junior year, I have:
Tuesday--Business Statistics
Wednesday--Labor Economics and Business Communications
Thursday--Managerial Cost Accounting and Film Appreciation (last gen. ed. thank God!!)

Stats and Accounting are comprehensive--ouch!!
Stats consists of 18 chapters of statistics and 6 chapters of calc! Yikes!

Overall, shouldnt be too bad....hopefully will KEEP my 2.8/4.0 GPA!!

Monday, 5/9: 8:30 - Family Law
Wednesday, 5/11: 8:30 - Workers' Compensation; 7: pm - Workplace Dispute Resolution
Friday, 5/13: 5,000 word paper due on a resource management system (Natural Resources Law)

I graduate High School on May 27 with finals on May 23-24. Ah, Thursday is Senior Skip Day.

 

Yep, the next few weeks will suck for sure. Officially, my last day of class is wednesday.

My first final is on the 5th, History of the US II (after the civil war)
The 7th (a freakin saturday!) is my Chemistry exam.
The 9th is my Physics for engineers exam
and the 10th is my english exam.

I wish I had 2 exams a day for 2 days, I could get more hours in at work...

I had to drop out of college for the 2nd time and my buddy is looking at his 4th year at a 2 year community college. Wow, we are going places.

Just do what I did... barely study and wing the test. If you don't know it by now give it up. Cram sessions are about useless.

 

Monday: Investments @ 2:00 (I need to study (have a 97% in the class as of now though, and can loose 45 points on final and keep an A))

Tuesdsay: Business Administration - Strategic Management @ 2:00

Thursday: Commercial Contract Law @ 8:00
Thursday: Technical Writing paper due by 5:00






AND we get FREE pancakes every night during finals week at the Student Union





Anyway, off to go study for Invesments.

BUT HEY, THIS IS MY LAST SEMESTER, IM GRADUATING WITH MY ASSOCIATES, WOO HOO!

Just when you think its over, its not

 

Well after this quarter is up I will offically have attended college for one year! (This includes a summer quarter) My quarter will be over in 3 weeks though.

I'll have:

Tuesday - Computer Device Electronics I
Thursday - Networking Concepts
Online - Physics

 

is a quarter like it sounds? only 3 months long?

 

If you're referring to me? At ITT-Tech, our classes only run for 11 weeks (10 of class, 1 of finals) then take a one week break. So yeah, it's pretty much every three months.
