Remember the 7 magic words..."I am/was in fear of my life!" That's the ticket. Definatley leave the insurance out of this. I am sure that with all of the people on this board, you can probably find someone who would do the work real cheap maybe just charging for supplies, but I wouldn't make Geico aware. When I had my Camaro, it got ****ed up pretty good, and the cheapest estimate was $350. I found out my bosses dad did body work and he charged me $100 for paint and bondo.

Well " I was in fear of my life" doesnt work all that well in Alabama. You have to have no other option of escape to claim self-defense or if someone is in your house with a weapon. I had other options of escape. Damn I've gotten some grief about not hitting the motorcyle in two different forums. The motorcycle ended up being the black guy's in the end (or at least he drove off on it).
