anyone tried that 6 second abs "machine"?

I saw an infomercial the other day and ususally I say BS to most everything being sold on TV but it caught my attention.

I was wondering if anyone has tried it or knows someone who has and actually got results?

Thanks

Why waste 6 seconds? I've got a 5-second machine that will give you equally as good if not better results. Only 6 easy payments of $19.95...

I look at it like this. "AB machines" are for lazy people looking for an easy way out.

Sit-ups, and crunches work perfectly if done correctly.

Or for $19.95 a month you can join a gym. Work out and watch hot chicks! That's why I go to the gym every day.

So you're saying that there's no magic pill I can take, no secret 3-second workout, that will make me look like I've worked-out all my life?

of course and there is not one person in this world who got into shape without the bowflex.... omg!!! those commercials are annoying.. and did anyone hear about the massive recall on the pulleys breaking on em? puting people lol. i knew it was gonna happen... free weights are better anyways. bowflex is good for strength but free weights builds strength and mass at same time.

The Bowflex is decent for general health, but not if your attempting ot get massive or into show shape. As far as the Ab's thing crunches are the best, especially if you use a exercise ball.

Let me get this straight... you somehow make enough money to afford a $40k truck and yet you are dumb enough to fall for the scam. What do you do for a living because I want that job (where you can be a dumba$$ and still make that kind of coin)
