I saw that. I haven't had cable in 12 years so I guess I'm not going to be able to watch MNF any more.

I've got cable, but I have to agree with Rocky, that's a big blow to those who don't. Kind of defeats the purpose of MNF in the first place to take it off basic network TV.

:\

We have cable, but I think I liked it better on ABC to begin with. Guess we will just have to see how it all works out.

There were some teams that were never on MNF because it was the NFLs showcase game, and matchups were made as such. Sunday Night football on ESPN would often be two bottom feeders.

That will change as the NFL is making Sunday night it's showcase game and will be on national broadcast tv. The Monday night game will be like the Sunday night game has been, a yawner with a couple of bottom feeders.

The biggest change I see from this will be the office betting pool. Usually, the tie-breaker is the MNF game and came down to points of some sort.

Now the MNF game becomes more unpredictable because bottom-feeders is usually a pick-em.

Will the start times be the same as now I wonder, or will they change too ?

I'm a big enough fan that I'd follow it where ever it landed...

I see ABC (or any of the other big 3 -- even Fox) as being a better place for their audience but, I wasn't consulted on this decision. Suprising isn't it?

LOL

I wouldn't bet the farm on it, but since ABC and ESPN are under the same umbrella, it is a possiblility. I personally can do without Al Michaels, but Madden is a funny guy for sure.

You stopped watching football because they changed the channel on you one too many times? Guess you weren't really into the sport.

I can't stand madden or michaels. Are Madden and Darrell Waltrip related? Because they sure make some stupid comments during the course of broadcasts.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that way!

I really think MNF needs to be moved to the Oxygen channel. You know, grab some of the female demographic. HA!!!
