I travel with a co worker to customers almost daily. She ussally listens to country "except with me" but when we have had a really bad day.. ie. problems with product, customer isn't happy about something, etc. Of coarse we catch the grief for it from the customer. When we climb in the truck, she looks at me and says.... (I think we need the bad day song!) I pull out the LB CD slide it in and we go 8-80 blind cripled or crazy through town screaming the lyrics at the top of our lungs. By the time we get back to the plant we feel much better and no one would ever know that anything went wrong.
