The photo caption in Thumper's album didn't include an ID, so NO I wasn't aware...looks as if this thread is going to get some more trimming (just browsed back from the beginning and noticed a lot of missing posts).

So here I was all open to meeting new members of the feminine persuasion, and while in Lost Vegas I meet this (seemingly) nice lady. Nice looking, good shape, sweet Southern accent . . .



Next thing I know she wants to go to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I'm like...OK, I'm up for a field trip.

Then, while at a 7-11 getting giant 98 oz. Slurpees, she goes to the phone and calls 911 and goes all hysterical claiming to be a kidnap victim . . .

then the cops show up and the next thing I know she's all over CNN saying she made the whole thing up and it turns out she was engaged to some dude in GA, faked her abduction to avoid her wedding, and now she's all over the news.

Damn.

Women. They're all nutz.

 

Do her eyes freak anyone else out.

When I first saw her story on the news (CNN I think) it didn't feel right.

Then, last night (actually this morning) I guess it was around 1 or 2 AM, CNN dot Com posts "Breaking News" that she has been found in NM, and was released by her kidnappers. I immediately thought "BS...it's bogus and she's running from something."

Turns out that was the case, and I guarantee there's more . . .

As for the eyes, you are correct. If it were just one pic where she looked like that it could be written off to "surprised by flash", but every pic of her that has been on TV, and I mean EVERY pic, she has that look.

Back in my days working at a psychiatric hospital, I saw that look a lot. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts she's bi-polar . . . or worse.

 

She’s a freak that’s for sure, needs to be slapped around in a cage for 6 months or so for her stupidity…

Actually I know a few people that have been diagnosied with Bi-Polar Manic Depressive Disorder. They are some of the best and most creative problem solvers I know. They just seem to view things from a different angle "ussally".

Exactly right, it is a 96 though. And I rebuilt the 350 .060 over with Hyper pistons, hardened polished racing valves, ported and polished heads and intake, high performance cam/crank, and aluminum racing exhaust manifolds. I only need a 4b carb or MPFI, and this baby will FLY... literally!

I'm debating on 4brl or TPI on my old tub..
4 brl is cheaper, but it would be nice to just turn the key and it start up with out having to pump the throttle a cpl. of times. Plus Performance and fuel economy too.

I do not have any trouble out of the hole.. A 250 lb skier is up almost before I can get the throttle all the way open. Soon as I hit it then it jumps out of the water and is planed off.

Top end on the other hand...well I'm working on that...
