It's easy once you've done it. It sounds like a lot to do but after you have done one you will see it isn't that hard.

Find image on the web that you want to post. (ie gallery)
Once found Right click on Image & click on properties
Highlight the url that is givien in the picture properties
right click and hit copy (or Ctrl+c on your key board)
Got to the reply to post page and click on IMG at the top
right click and hit paste (or Ctrl+v on your key board) to place the url in the IMG window that poped up
Click OK
Click submit reply

optional

if you want to include a message with the picture you posted type the message either before or after either of the 2 [IMG] that appear on each side of the url that you pasted. Where ever you type your message that is where it will appear on your post. (ie. before or after the image or [IMG] symbols.) Note: when you place IMG it automatically goes underneath any message you have already typed.
Thanks for the directions PSS. I just figured out even if I did learn how to post a pic I don't know how to obscure the license plate so it's useless.......

where your pics is on your computer, right click and click edit. this opens it in another window, you should be able to edit it, just use the eraser. when the plate is clean, under the file tab click save as. now save it to your picture file and then you can upload it in to your gallery from there.

Awe man, after I took the time to type that up, just for you, so that I could see your new toy!

Alright since I've already invested this much time then...
  1. Open Paint
  2. Click "File/Open"
  3. Locate the picture on you computer.
(Note if the picture is a .jpg pull the drop down menu and select .JPG filter for the file types.)
  4. Once located click on picture file to select it then click open
  5. Now on the right slect the icon that looks like a paint brush from the tool pallete.
  6. At the bottom select a color as close as possiable to your license plate.
  7. Paint over the charecters of you plate.
  8. Go to "File/Save as"
  9. Rename the picture (example: NewToy01.jpg)
  10. Up load the new picture.
  11. Then follow the direction from previous post.

That still doesn't help me obscure my license plate.......

How about this.......I'll e-mail them to you and you can post 'em for me?????

Open the picture with your Paint program, then color over the license plate.

Then upload.

It's not the greatest, but it is quick and easy.
