Angry Company car is piece of JUNK!

You may remember the thread where I had a picture of my new company vehicle. Well this Chevy Cobalt has 3400 miles on it and is already in the shop for the SECOND time. I took it is because the AC stopped blowing out cold air. They replaced the pressure sensor for that. The front passenger door lock had quit working when using the power lock. the driver side window worked intermittently. They fixed the door lock and fixed the AC last week. I got the car back Friday evening and on Sunday morning the AC quit again. I took it back today and they will fix the AC again, plus tfix the driver side window. They gave me a rental to drive for work. I got a 05 Chevy Silverado. I can't stand that thing. It has manual everything, except it is an automatic. The window crank is down near my ankles. I hate their gear shift lever on Chevy vehicles. It is a regular cab long bed truck.

When I had the Focus, I put over 40,000 miles on it in about 8 months that I drove it. It was only in the shop for oil changes and tires. Sure there were things that needed worked on, like it needed new brakes and the tranny may have been starting to go out. I have had more problems with this Cobalt than I ever did with the Focus. We have 3 Cobalts here now and everyone of them has had AC problems. Mine is in the shop for the second time, another tech had his in the car the same day he picked it up. And the other person had his in the shop for the AC a few weeks ago, then tells me today his AC fan is only working on the highest setting. So now he has to take his back in to have the fan fixed. That will be the 5th time the 3 of us have had our car in the shop for the AC.

Stupid Company for going to Chevrolet!!!!!

Phew!

Glad the Focus had nothing serious such as the AC or door locks!

Actually the Focus had 75,000 miles on it that were very hard city driven miles. It had almost 35,000 miles on it when I took over the car.
