92.5 cents per liter or $3.70/gallon. Cost $120.00 last night from empty. OUCH!

Gas was selling for $2.07 a gallon last week untill our new Super Walmart opened with it's new gas station. Opening day they sold gas for $1.95 a gallon and $1.85 a gallon if you used a Wal Mart credit card or shopping card. Two days later, most all of the other stores dropped their prices to $1.98 a gallon. It's funny, a lot of people were complaining that Wal Mart was gonna kill some of the smaller businesses off. However, when they saw what they were selling gas for, everyone of them shut up. Wal Mart made a lot of fans in Cairo very, very quickly.

I think it was only for one hour but a Circle K in Avon had it for .96 cents a gallon. They only had three accidents and traffic was backed up well before the exit ramp. It was a radio promo for kiss 96.5.

$2.37 in Bellingham, WA. Gas costs more here than it does in Seattle, it's crazy.

Wow! You get 15.5 mpg?

I consistently average 13.9 mpg with a mix of city/highway, and I've even got my lead foot under control.

Just got back from paying $2.09 for 89 octane with 10% ethanol blend.

13.6 miles to the gallon on last tank which has been the average on 87 octane with no ethanol. Almost a perfect 50/50 of hwy and City. I'll see what the 89 w/ ethanol does... Working on controling my lead foot but doesn't seem to be making more than a .1 or .2 miles per gallon difference (yet).

Yeah, 83.9 in Edson and 89.9 in Hinton. When will the madness end? What really gets me is the fact we have to pay GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the pump. This assinine tax is calculated after every other tax is added on, so we're paying a tax on tax. It's ludicrous, I guess it's time to split from the rest of Canada or move to the States where gas is cheap
