Leaking Fords

Anyone know why http://www.leakingfords.com/ has gone down?

Probably got hit with a name infringment lawsuit if they were talking bad about Ford.

It wasnt really a website attacking ford but bringing to attention the faulty intake gaskets. Had alot of information I wish I woulda saved on early symptoms before the motor hydro-locks.

Still though, by using the name "FORD" in the domain name, FoMoCo could've easily gone after them with a cease and desist.

To establish the International King Ranch Ford Truck Owners Club (KROC), I had to obtain express written consent from both Ford and King Ranch. Big brand names are very **** rententive when it comes to their names being used in a derogatory way.

Very legitious society that we live in...

I don't know that that necessarily happened to them but, it wouldn't surprise me.

f150online.com was presented with a similar incident at one point in it's history.
