Most of the tracks around here have street heats. Only requirement is a helmet. No points are awarded but it helps keep races off the streets and in a more contorled enviroment. I'll prbably wait untill a really nice day. The warmer I can have the track the better off I'll be.

I am going to go on a Saturday afternoon, Test and tune day, when you pay for the day and run without the punks being there. I need to do some tuning and practice my launch. On Friday nights its just too busy. I'm spending this weekend making it NHRA legal

Holy cow you must be rich! There is no way that I could take that into the woods!

rich? me? hardly...and i dont actually take the truck into the woods...where we cut trees there is a big field(the land owner wants to put in his own 3 hole golf course) and we take a tree down...get the chains out and we drag the tree out into the field and then dismantle the tree and load it...i took my old F-250 in the woods all the time...but this truck is too wide for the trails...and way too pretty ...zap!

Thats a pain in the ****.. I just got through helping 2 friends get thier Mustangs licensed over teh winter. Both took them 3 inspections each before they decided to pass them. The rollcage was the biggest problem they kept rejecting. They were suppose to be NHRA approved but once in the tech shed they made them go back and ad/move some of the supports.

Next to a log skidder I love my Jeep for that. It is perfect for manuvering between the trees and bring the logs out to work up.
