I thought 30 minutes was a workout... but 6 years? That's some stamina.

I guess goat herding really brings out the animal in you.

I'm talking about a Pinstripe. I don't have one I don't know what in the hell your even talking about. The fact is I don't have anything under my pinstripe code it's blank. You know why because I don't have a Pinstripe.

I looked at your link,
I also looked at the code explanations at the bottom of the link.

I deleted all the codes that did not state 'F150'
Here is what is left:
H — Silver Metallic/Heliotrope (F-150, F-250) 4x2
2 — Ebony/Amethyst (F-150, F-250) 4x2
T — Silver Metallic/Medium Titanium (F-150, F-250) 4x4
5 — Ebony/Graphite Sparkle (F-150, F-250) 4x4
R — Silver/Dark Toreador — upper, Dark Toreador/Silver — lower (F-150, F-250 Lariat)
8 — Dark Blue/CoraPeach — upper and lower (F-150, F-250 Lariat)
9 — Bright Green/Pacific Green — upper, Pacific Green/Bright Green — lower (F-150, F-250 Lariat)
S — Silver/Ebony/Silver — upper, Ebony/Silver/Ebony — lower (F-150, F-250 Lariat)
C — Light Prairie Tan/Heliotrope (F-150, F-250) 4x2
F — Light Prairie Tan/Medium Titanium (F-150, F-250) 4x4

Which one says F150 lariat of any color?

There is no code for Lariat pinstripes!
How could you have a code if there is no code!
Wrong, Do it again!

Does it have the upper console with the temp and compass in it? that was part of the 2000 lariate package. Other than seat, carpet mats and auto headlights, not much else in the interior to tell you. Most Lariats also came with captains chairs and lower center console.

Fender badges just say F150, Triton V8.

Alright now you all have went and done it!
Now I dont even now what in the hell a Lariat is!

I'm thinking it might be a scam. You can get a "Lariat" for this much $$$'s or an "XLT" with all the same options but for this much less $$'s.

I saw one on the lot in 99 with my own eyes. I was negotiating with the dealer on it. It listed for 32,000, and I was at $25,800. Lease was $327 plus tax. It was blue, no pin strip, and no Off Road sicker. I took the XLT because there was no discount offered for the Off Road package on the Lariat, only the XLT. My lease was $291. I had to decide if leather and the missing pin stripe was worth the extra $36 a month. I did not know about the autolamps and turn signals at the time.

I realy liked the truck, and probably would have gotten it had I known then what I know now about leasing. I like to buy the options, but don't liket the truck to look flashy and displaying that I have the options. That's why the lack of a pinstripe and Lariat sticker were important to me.

It's funny, but of all the trucks I made offers on that one stickes out in my mind the most. I think I would have bought it at the end of the lease.

I thought you said earlier the dealer told you that truck was a factory slip up?

My beef with Troy is he says it had no sticker becauseit has no code.

I have sticker. I have no code.
99.99999% Lariats left the factory with a sticker and 0.00% have a code.

You don't want me typing in this thread when I get drunk tonight.
DO YOU?

Dads 97, and my diesel don't have the 4x4 off road stickers cuz we took em off. I don't really like the look of the modern "off road" "fluff" so they are gone. Had one guy tell me that the 97 was not 4x4 cuz it didn't have the sticker..... right.....

The F350 is a different animal.
The confusion seems to be the code on the sticker or lack thereof.
Lariats do not have a code because they all came with a half pinstripe that was body length only and contained the word 'lariat'.

A pinstripe option on an F150 (other than a Lariat) would run the entire length of the vehicle, would not say 'Lariat' and the door sticker would then have a pinstripe code.

The list of codes above were all of the pinstripe colors for F150.
Those codes would be for full truck length stripes and would not contain the word Lariat.

All Lariats are 'code-less' on the door sticker in the pinstripe column.

Allow me to make a few points of my own.

This is my 1000th post
You and I both have 1000 post becaue you are a post *****
I have not had my big fat hairy *** in a 1999 F150 Lariat for the past six years, that's what I wanted.
No, Not the hairy part
I looked at my 01 Lariat and to my surprise found no PS code.
So when the factory sees no PS code that tells them to put a lariat stipe and sticker on the truck.
