Hey lightning buddies, anyone a ford employee with some pull?

ordered a new mustang a month ago and still no build date. anyone have any pull to move my order up to the top?

I know it is a reach but you never get what you don't ask for

Your Dealer has the ability to make it a priority, provided that Mustangs are in production.

as far as I know they are in production, at least i hope so.


is that what a priority level at the dealer is?

Of course they are in production, I see a dozen every day now since a month ago. B!tch to your dealer!

Priority is when your dealer gets a VIN number of a vehicle that already has a build date and then changes/adds your options to it.

I have had them come in as soon as 4 weeks from date of order!

Ordered mine the middle of december and it came in february 23rd. My dealer switched one he had on order for stock to my specs. Great car, worth the wait.

in production....

Ford builds the Mustang on the same line as another car, i think it is the Mazda6, so in reality they only build a small number of vehicles per day compared to the F-150 lines that produce them all day and night long. Remember the Mazda6 is selling well also.
