Tsb

I know there are a bunch out there but, is there an "official" free public access site for TSBs? (I know there is a link from this site)

I don't think you'll find all full-text TSB's for Ford vehicles collected in a single place for free. Remember, TSB's are not intended for consumer use, rather for dealership/repair facility use. The link you note above, which directs to my other site, Ownersite.com, only provides the TSB summary information, not the full-text, which are provided by NHTSA.

Alldatadiy.com claims to offer them for $25 per year and there is another site that I have seen advertising them called Infotraxx that charges $13 per year. Ironically, I just saw a giant Infotraxx ad on this site after posting this.

The other link provided, NHTSA, has some full-text PDF versions, but I don't believe it contains full-text Ford TSB's. Some manufacturers, like Nissan/Infiniti, actually offer them for free on their tech sites.

If you happen to know the TSB number, you can sometimes search for it in Google or boardreader.com and find someone that has posted it in a forum like this one, though that would generally be in violation of copyright law to distribute it in that manner. Hope that helps.

If you're looking for a specific TSB, I can find it for you. Can't post it here though, since like da Boss said, that stuff is copyright of Ford. It's kinda funny, you can't post OASIS or TSB information from Ford online, but you can print it out and distribute all the paper copies you want. Go figure.
