He forgot to put the word 'care' in there. And the contraction y'all translates as you all, or the plural of you.

In Yankeespeak, it's You'se guys take care of your engines.

Ok now i get it ,he meant to say "ya`ll TAKE care of your engines.Phew ,that makes sense now .It wasn`t the ya`ll that threw me it was lack of the word care.
