Up until this year, I worked in the operating room. Well, the very first time we did an organ harvest it happened to be halloween nite. And the goal was to start around 11pm and finish a few hours later.
anyway, it was just plain creepy to see each team come in, take the organs needed, and fly back out. Then when anesthesia swtiches off the machine & leaves, totally freaky. Not really gory tho, it's just like a typical surgery(kinda). Anyway, that's what sticks in my mind as a bizarre event. The goriest events have been from the war.

i towed cars in the '70s i saw so many busted up people i cant count them all..but one night i got called to tow a crash in town...(when you leave you have no idea what your going to get).. one of my best friends hit a tree broadside..cut the car in two(buick skylark)...died at the scene..i was there...still makes me cringe after all these years thinking about it...nasty nasty nasty...zap!
