Dont know for sure , I dont think they are. But you still wouldnt be able to use it on the painted surfaces, with or without clearcoat. painted/clearcoated means painted or clearcoated. Didnt know if you knew.

Yeah, I f'd my wheels the other day using bleche wite on my tires, I just wanted to try the mag cleaner on the unpainted part to see if I could remove the stain caused by the bleach.
