Nextel already has a service for their GPS-enabled phones..

I'd be hella-cool if you could pin-point your location and see it on a map w/ your BB.
That makes sense

Im on ATT - NO GPS for me....

Ok, got my BB Friday... lovin' it so far. Got it loaded up with tons of free good stuff. My main mission is trying to get the BB HTML browser (comes with 4.0, but many carriers don't put it on their devices). I refuse to pay $30 for an HTML browser that is already built into the OS. WTF?!!! BES users get it, but I don't?! Grrr... not happy. Anybody have the install file for the HTML browser?!

Silver_2000 - I found another 'today screen' program that is free and just as good if not better than that pocketday you have to pay for. http://www.blackberrycool.com/2005/03/01/00231/

I have the BB browser and the Mmode browser on mine - Neither are great - Ill see if I can get the install but I think it was autoloaded form the server when I connected. Also a lot of the browser function is based on the capabilty of the server at the other end - We are supposed to get V 4 soon - its supposed to do whiz bang new stuff...

Well, when you get v4 see if you can extract the install file for the HTML browser. Your v3.x browser ain't gonna happen on mine. v4 is pretty impressive.

Hmmm.. very intersting. I'll pull down some tonight and give it a whirl.

More good free stuff on it's way! RIM just signed a deal with Yahoo and AOL to deliver built-in instant messaging... oh yeah! Screw you Verichat! http://informationweek.com/story/sho...leID=159402900

I was doing OTA. I meant the programs I pulled down sucked. Just not developed for RIM devices... the ones that were are demos cost too much. Driving me crazy. I just want a good HTML browser!!!

Oh, if you go to http://mobile.blackberry.com/ in your wap browser there are lotsa good free games, including the Texas Hold 'em you paid for... d'oh!

And if you sign up at blackberryforums.com and get 10 posts in, Magmic will send you a reg key for another free game. Way cool.

Funny - I installed it a week ago... no registration screen, no restrictions... $6 saved!

Plus I pulled down Klondike & Bass Assassin for free. Then I harassed the nice folks on the Blackberry forums until I got my 10 posts in, and received my reg key for Bowling!
