its also illegal in texas to use any other position in bed other than the missionary position... yes that law is still around but does anyone ever enforce it??? no :-p

Yep, and when I lived in MO, I failed inspection, because there was some black window sealer obscuring the VIN. They would not sign my papers until they could read the VIN.

Problem is, your truck is now gone, and you have no idea how they stole it.

You would have no way of knowing if the thief had a key or not, if they towed it, there is no evidence because the truck is gone.
