I got a letter last week from Ford(like alot of people did) talking about addressing any type of vibe I may have on my truck. Now, I never had anything wrong with my truck that I thought was a big deal, but I did have a very minor vibe at 55 to 60. I took my truck to my Ford dealer on Monday and they kept the truck a couple of days(gave me a loaner car) and I really only expected them to rebalance the tires and give it back, but they went well beyond the call and addressed any issue that could cause it. I ended up with three new tires, new balance, alignment and they also did a few other things to it. Point of this story is they fixed a vibe I never really noticed until it was gone. Bowditch Ford in Newport News, Va is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I am very greatful of this from hearing some of the horror stories coming off of this site. Anywone in this area that may need some work done should go to this Dealership. They also addressed the Buytl Pad issue alot of people got letters on too. Good luck to all.
