MyFord magazine

Forgive me if this has been brought up before but I was quite pleased and surprised when I registered on this site they sent me. I entered my info and VIN# and they listed all the maintenance that was performed at my local dealer, the cost and mileage etc. There is allot of additional helpful information too. So far all I've had done was the first free service and tire rotation. Hopefully this link works, I'm still learning.

Maybe you can help me then.....I just registered to that site. You said that I can put my vin number in somewhere and it will tell me everything that has been repaired so far?? I can't seem to find out how to get there? Where do I go on that site for that information??

When I first registered, I was asked to supply my VIN#. It must have been after I hit "Submit" Then on left side of page go to "Service Log" It shows all the work that my dealer has done on my truck, cost and mileage. Pretty cool

you have to go to one of the premium (i think) options..click on service log and it will tell you to upgrade. It doesnt cost anything, but thats where you put your VIN in. Then after thats all done click on service log again and you will see the info there, if there is any. If not, it will say no service recodrs available right now. Not all dealers participate in this, so if your dealer doesnt add the info it wont be there.

So, if you sell your vehicle will that info still show up for the new owner?
