I like it. I believe that we might see it later this year. I'm pretty sure that I read that it would be released later this year as an '06. I don't think it's going to look quite like that though.

If they use the 3 valve 4.6 and can keep pricing reasonable I might end up getting one. Yah, it's a bit funky looking but it's got to be comfortable and with a supercharger it's got to go pretty good. I guess I'll have to add the supercharger my self, but that's ok.

At this point I'm thinking this or if they put a better, more powerful engine in the 500. I guess in reality I'll end up in another F150.

If you are looking for more information about the sport tracs, head to this site sport trac website. There is a wealth of information about the current, and new sport trac there. It seems the general consensus is that the current sport trac members don't care for the new body styling, but some like it alot. A Ford rep sneaks in every once in a while to give us some inside scoops on the new trac, and it will be comparable to the Mountaineer as far as towing, power and suspension. It will have Independent Front Suspension, and the 4.6L V-8.

The new version of the sport trac will not look like it does in those photo's, that is just a prototype. The trac will sit up about 3" higher, have door handles, and probably lose those 21" rims. Several other changes will be made as well.

I'll be getting rid of my sport trac in the near future to move up to a supercrew. The trac is just a little too small for my needs.

I don't think Sport Tracs are all that attractive in the first place, but comparing the concept to the Titan, the ST flows, and the Titan does not.

I've never been a SportTrak fan, but when I saw this- I was converted. I'll take it in white or black.

Well Done Ford.

And, yes- Teh Titan does look good~ contrary to some biased disagreeable comments. 1 He!! of a first shot.

the problem with the titan is the rake of the windshield extending so far into the nose of the truck making the nose of it look way too short. After that the roof line of the titan goes up at a rake and then when it gets to the back of the cab it just stops, and makes a realy unpleasing point.

The titan also dosent have a single line that carries from the fron to the back of the truck, which imo is one of the main reasons the titan has no flow.
