I had a few questions about the PS2 before it launched and submitted an email to PSM (Playstation Magazine) and they published my question. Does that count?

I worked for a publisher for 2 years and now do ad designs specializing in print media marketing for small business and major corporations alike...Plus I am gearing up to release a performance minded publication locally this spring! Does any of that count! LOL

Newspaper: Yes. (4th of July article, after the death of many airmen after the Khobar Towers bombing in 1996.)

Television: Yes. About that little Cuban boy whose family in Florida decided to buck the Government. (Elian Gonzales)

Radio: Ditto

Magazines: I have written Motor Trend more times than you can shake a stick at, and not once have they published any of my stuff. They did forward a note to the Oldsmobile President for me (As I requested) after my Cutlass Supreme (That I'd only made 2 payments on) began acting like a 1983 Hyundai rather than a new GM.

It must've been built on a Friday, at 4:45 PM.

I think it depends on why you were on the tv. If it's because you
were being brought in handcuffed, to the detention center for
questioning about crimes you may or may not ( and probably did )
commit then NO. If you are a bystander supporting the bad guy
YES.... YES IT DOES COUNT.

ohh radio too.....I was an Account Executive for Pearson Broadcasting for an extremely short period of time while going to school and before they sold to new owners. Then for Clear channel a time later with both I had to record promos and write ad copy to be recorded by the DJ's and write jingles for the outpost studio to record for thier advertisers commercials...

You might be a Redneck IF you have been on the news more than 3 times describing how the storm sounded as it came through your trailer park!!!

I was a co-author for a paper one of my profs got published - I didn't write anything, but I helped on the research.

My wife and I were on a morning radio gameshow, and my wife used to always call in during radio contests and win.
