I love it. Tell your neighbor to suck it up. File the complaint and be done with it. Mistaken identity happens all the time. They had accounts of the vehicle AND plates... what else are they supposed to do if she didn't stop when signaled?! Too bad they didn't pump her full of lead. The husband too.

Seems to be someone looking to cash their Lotto ticket in. You know what they say, "the land of opportunity."

She was too fine to shoot.

Did you see those *******, that cute face and that Latino accent?! Plus, she's short like I like 'em (4'11")

She'd be in trouble. I'm horny.

Let me log off of here and go talk to my wife; see if she'l say some stuff for me, with a Latino accent..

I can't figure out what the cops did wrong. I did like the husbands comments, "Does she look like a thug?" I guess that's a vote FOR profiling! Maybe he can send a description of what a guilty person looks like to my dept that way I can just pull them over and lock them up.

Me either. They saw what they believed to be the person behind what happened and they acted on it. I don't understand though, if her license plate matched what a witness saw, how could this SUV NOT be the one involved? Maybe it wasn't her driving, but it was her husband instead. Some of the things in this story don't make any sense to me.

Same question here.....How can the license plates match????

From the sounds of the husband....maybe it was him driving the pimp ride when the road rage happened????

I noticed that too..

Police are sneaky- and if you do a crime with a personalized plate on your car- you are either insanely stupid; or the victim of car theft (And someone used your car to commit the crime).

As I said; the cops are sneaky; it's just a matter of time before they have the husband singing like a Canary because if it wasn't her, it was him..

Where is CSI-Miami when you need them?

Question I have is how got damn stupid is this woman? If the police threw the spike strips out to stop her then that means they had been chasing her, or at least behind her with their lights and sirens on, no?

As far as throw her down, sure, no problem, if she hadn’t stopped before and they needed spikes strips to stop her then oh well, so sad, slam her down and teach her to OBEY the commands of the police.

I agree, the spike strips are not one of the first things the police use. I think it was the husband who did it.

Dave02,

If that really is your neighbor, and this really happened... you'd better be careful man. That's some freaky chit.
