So what's in your CD player?

Truck, home, whatever, what are you listening to? Even though I bought it a while back, I've been hooked to Thirteenth Step from A Perfect Circle. Cold's Year of the Spider gets a lot of play too. How about you?

Right now, I've been listening (in my truck) to a 3 CD set of Dream Theater live at Budokan. I've also been listening to Pat Green and George Strait...and a little Garth Brooks in there too...

I had Pearl Jam's Ten album on repeat for the longest time...I kinda stopped paying attention to them after the Yield album though.

In the car at the moment are:

Beatles: White Album (disc 1)
Sarah McLachlan: Afterglow
Pink Floyd: Wish You Were Here
Donald Fagen: Kamakiriad
Garbage: Garbage 2.0
Led Zeppelin: Led Zeppelin Remasters (Disc 2)

haven't listened to a cd on the stereo system in I don't know how long . . .

currently on the Mac I'm surfing the net, working in photoshop, and listening to iTunes, which has every peiece of music I own on the HD.

as I type this, INXS's "What You Need"
(it's on random shuffle at the moment . . . God only knows what's next)

eta - Turns out that what came up next was Robert Plant’s “Other Arms” from the Principle of Moments album, which was followed by Frank Sinatra “The Way You Look Tonight” from The Very Good Years Album, and then Alanis Morissette belted out “21 Things I Want In A Lover” from Under Rug Swept, Debussy’s “Moonlight” toned things down after Miss Morissette, and at the moment is Dionne Warwick singing “The Theme From The Valley Of The Dolls” aren’t you glad you asked? (Don’t worry, I won’t give you any more updates) oooohhhhh . . . . Don Henley just came on (Dirty Laundry) . . . OK, I’ll stop . . . . . oooohhhhh DOOBIE BROTHERS !!!!!!! China Grove !!!!!! no, really, I’ll stop now . . . .

Well, in the car right now "I think" is an MP3 I made with some really good electric blues, including:

Joe Bonamassa (my ultimate guitar hero! You probably don't know who he is, but I highly recommend you look him up! www.jbonamassa.com )
Kenny Wayne Shephard
Jonny Lang
Stevie Ray Vaughan
Nathan Cavaleri

I think there's some of these guys on there too:
Gary Moore
Sonny Landreth
Eric Johnson
Walter Trout
Hadden Sayers

and even though they aren't really blues, I think there's a song or two by they Hellecasters and John5...

as for the PC right now I'm listening to Sirius online, Octane, which is playing Shinedown/Burning Bright (They usually play the good stuff before the local stations, so quite often I'll ask my buddy's if they've heard the new song by X, and it's almost alwasy, "no").

The system in the front room has a 300+1 disc changer, so I won't even go there...

Just got to thinkin', maybe someone can help me name a tune...female singer, thinking along the lines of Natalie Merchant-escque, but I don't think it's her, song starts off something like "Follow me" or "Meet me across the great divide..."

Any ideas?
