It's pretty much a stock 350... I've added an Edelbrock aluminum intake, Carter 650 electric choke 4bbl, ceramic headers, full 3" duals with H pipe, Addco front and rear sway-bars, and a few cosmetics... Will proably swap out rear gears before long, and maybe add rear discs. It currently has a 200-4R overdrive auto, but I may be trading Dad for a T5... not sure yet... I don't plan on doing anything internal to this engine. Will probably build a hot little stroker to replace it one of these days. I've got a black swivel bucket interior for it, and hope to get it repainted before long. Not really sure what color (was originally thinking going solid Dark Shadow Gray, but now that I have a DSG GT probably not), but I'm really starting to like the current/original color, and might just keep it and the tan interior...
BTW, when I got my first Ford ('92 302/auto, reg cab flareside) as a joke Dad made me park it in the neighbor's drive the first time I went to see him...
Attitude stickers just scream with F' WITH ME!!!!! and the short D thing.
I have owned my truck for 4.5 years now and still love it as much today as when I first bought it.
However, my wife just gave her '02 Trailblazer LTZ to her mom for Christmas. She owned it since the showroom floor. It was a good little SUV, with some nagging problems. Like 5 recalls, 2 computer updates, new rear-end housing and gears, all the bells and whistles with problems and leather seats so hard it makes your cheeks numb. Other than all the stupid stuff it never left us stranded and ran like a bat outta he!!
Well she had to get a new one to replace her old one. It's a '05 Trailblazer LT with everything, I mean everthing like her old but with XM radio, Nav system and an overhead DVD with a moon roof. It actually looks great. It has leather to match Mercedes quality with white face gages that go dark at night, light shines thru and billet door sills, handles, vent adjusters etc....
Took it on a 600 mile road trip. It handled better, rode nicer and has got alot of ba!!s. It's the best product that Chevy has ever made IMHO.
So, I guess that means I can live an undercover Chevy life......
Oh Crap!! Did I really say that?????
The best sticker would be a circle with the line over a picture of an Avalanche and a Rubbermaid symbol superimposed.
OOOppss...better not or you may awaken Mr. Hyde.
