Jam-

Looking at your cubicle pic in the 'Fat Bastards' thread- I think we work in the same place man...

Same floor as a matter of fact.

That wouldn't happen to be in a big ol' building with little cubicles near 75-Central, would it. The only thing that looks out of place is the ceiling above you.

I'm shoe-horned in my cube just like you are in that one....

Just think, I had a huge office 2 months ago....
Ahh, the benefits of down-sizing/re-structuring.

Yeah, the T or A thread has gotten so spicy here lately that I can't chance opening it at work. I couldn't lie and say I didn't know there were santily clad hotties in thee, because I've visited that thread too many times (when it was tame).

Deleting the cookies and temporary internet files doesn't always set you free!

Hey, perhaps the Texas gang should get together sometime.

We could meet at a BBQ place halfway between Houston and Dallas.

Doh

Is that the one with the Carl's Jr. or the Subway?

No, it's on Mile-Marker 556 Exit, on the East-bound side of I-20. It has a Dairy Queen in it, and like 30 pumps. The Texaco sign is a good 90' tall, so you can't miss it!

Right by Highway 69 I do believe. I went to Tyler after staying in the Silver Leaf Resort in the woods south of Canton, TX. They mention Canton, but the resort is much closer to Tyler than it is to Canton.

In my Ft. Hood days I used to take 31 to bypass Dallas traffic through all those towns back in there. (Corsicana, Athens, Tyler, Kilgore, etc..)

I hear ya on the 31 drive. I've been living in this area (Athens/Tyler) for about 5 years now. I am still getting used to it. I like it here. I lived in Grand Prairie before here and I do NOT miss Loop 12 (loop trouble), or 635 one bit. I go mental when driving in the Dallas area.

Yeah, I know.

Worst DFW highways (In my opinion)

1.) I- 635 (Between US-80 and IH-35E)
2.) US- 75
3.) 183 (The whole thing)
(Tie) Dallas North Tollway- Keller Springs to Mockingbird in AM)

4.) IH-35E (Between tollway split & George Bush Tollway)

5.) 360 (North in the AM, South in the evening)
(Tie) I-30 between Dallas and Arlington)

6.) Hwy 121 (Between Custer Rd. and Main in The Colony), then again in Grapevine nearing DFW Intl').
7.) Beltline (North Dallas, between Midway and 75)
8.) Preston (Between Park(Plano) & Frankford 7A-9A, 5P-6P.
9.) Plano Rd. (Between Plano Parkway and 635, 7-9A, 5-7P)
10.) Loop 12. (When the Cowboys are playing, or any event at Texas Stadium)
