Hook'em Horns!

How about that Rose Bowl, can't believe I don't see any posts to this amazing game. Kudos to Michigan for a great game. I love this time of year (minus the bad December).

p.s. got my truck back yesterday, seems to be fine so far. I got down underneath it and listened for any irregularities and looked for gaps and uneven spaces and couldn't find any. looks like the shop I took it to did a great job, minus the small cigarette burn in the passenger seat that they are going to take care of.

I posted my misery in the Happy New Year thread... one $*@)(@! point. What a game though, gotta give each side kudos. That's the way a Rose Bowl should be...

It was a good game, but I wanted to see Texas get their butts kicked as bad as we did (Texas A&M). We played a horrible game. I guess every team goes through their rough times then their good times. Texas is about to lose most of their best players and A&M's best are coming up, so it should get better.

I was hoping Michigan would win as well

Too bad A&M played like total crap...it should have been a better game than that. I almost wish I hadnt been there to see it...

I could NOT believe A&M got smoked that bad! Looked like a little too much partying New Years Eve... that was ugly.

One point grrr. The one thing I dont like how ever one is making a big hero out of the kicker. He barely made the 30 yard FG. Ill admit he did win the game for his team, but with out Young they would have been no where.

Anyway it was a good game, a little cold but I did get my new desktop picture...

UT loses Derrick Johnson & Cedric Benson, but they still have Young, Rod Wright, Aaron Harris, Ramonce Taylor, and Selvin Young (injured). I'm not worried about next year. I'm glad UT finally dodged getting screwed by the BCS. I pulled for A&M in the Cotton Bowl, always root for in-state teams, but that was possibly the worst bowl game I've ever seen.
McNeal was invisible, they couldn't hold onto the ball. They were not even close to the team they were when they played oklahoma.

**If the kicker would have missed, he would have been roasted by everybody, I don't have a problem with him getting a good chunk of glory; it was a pressure situation and he came through. If you are gonna take the risk, you shoudl reap the reward.

now onto tonights game, i'm pulling for a USC victory!

Yeah I agree with you but in one of my local players it was going with the whole "The Hero" and "The Loser" thing. And it had the kicker as the hero, when I figure V. Young should have gotten it.

Oh well, like you said, GO USC!!
