Has anyone seen Open Water? Man, It's crazy to think that it is a true story but it is. They say "You may never go in the water again." It's funny cause im gonna go get scuba certified pertty soon because I will be going to school to become a Marine Biologist and I just saw what can happen if you don't take certain percautions when your diving. I guess I will respect the water a little more after learning what can happen If your left out there.

All in all I thought it was a pertty good movie and ya'll should see it if you haven't.

 

i havent seen it but whatched something on tv about it. its is based on a true story andi think the people are still alive.

 

I won't go in the ocean as it is because of sharks. I can imagine what it will be like after I see the movie!

 

I was so bored about half way thru the movie that i started wishing the shark would hurry up and eat them

 

Im going to try and see it this weekend.

Two years ago my wife and were floating on cheap $1.50 rafts in the gulf at Destin Florida. It was very calm that day. It looked like a big lake. We were about 50 yards from the beach in 4' water when a 4' Bull Shark swam 3' in front of us. Luckly were floating together side by side. The shark never even gave us a second look he just kept on swimming. We must of looked like the biggest turtle he has ever seen.

We go to the same place twice a year, every year. We still go into the water. We just dont go out into the deeper areas any more.
