Anybody know of any Ranger websites?

Help! I have a '91 Ranger 4.0L with an electrical problem. There is a short and/or issues with the charging system. The battery (brand new) keeps draining down. I am looking for an online resource for this model that is on par with this message board, please help, thanks!

The best, and I stress the BEST ranger site on the web is BY FAR www.TheRangerStation.com

There is alot of great people on the forums and the tech section on the mainpage is HUGE.

Ive been a member there for years and there has never been a time I did not get a good answer on something.

Also try Rough Rangers

We are located mainly in Ohio and surrounding states. But have members world wide.

How to find your prob

Hook a fused DVOM (digital volt ohm meter) in between the neg post and the neg bat terminal (you will have to diconecct from batt) on the 10 amp fused DC amp setting, and if you are pulling over 50 milli amps its no good.

start pulling fuses at the fuse box untill the reading either drops below 50mamps or goes away... Then you have found your circuit and can now isolate and repair.
