A pair of slippers that didn't fit, a refrigerator that croked overnight, and the joy of spending a quiet day at home with my family

While that is very handy for "cooking" those little piece of crap 4 and 6 bangers with wings and fart pipes it is rather impractical and not very good at sitting on the counter and cooking the small, white, grain-like particles locally known as "long grain rice"

From my sister I received an absolutely stunning framed picture for the big wall in my living room. It's a picture of a single large oak tree in a meadow. I love it.

I also received lots of love and fellowship from many good people. I got to see marvel and joy in the eyes of young children. It was almost like seeing into the eyes of God himself. I feel very blessed this year. It wasn't long ago that I hated the Christmas season. I'm glad I got another chance because it's much better this way.

My other passion is l/m Bass fishing. I got one of the lightest rods in existance. It's 7' long and weighs less than 4 ounces. If any of you fish, these are the best rods I know of. Oh, that's my fourth one of that model. Yes, I love 'em!
