Woke up a little while ago.. empty house when is a plus . Went to start my truck and go out for some last min christmas shopping. What do i find blocking me in the drive way... a ****ty S10. Seems like someone was too drunk to drive home.

After hitting it twice to get myself out of my own drive way, I was on my way to Walmart to see what they had. Pulling up i see noone in the parking lot. Them bitches were closed. . Heading back to the house, all the lights started dieing in the truck. I lost the gauges and thought o great, just me fockin luck.

Truck died out. Called my dad and woke him up. He picked me up and we went to get some jumper cables. When we got back to the truck she started right up without the cables. I hope it's not my alternator. I'm gonna work with it on the 26th. Everything is closed til then.

****ty so far but as i said before i have an empty house and a nice bottle of jack

 

Your day sounds like my year! Didn't even have presents under the tree (first time ever!) and the entire family is spread out all over the world.

Alright i have the alternator pulled... Would someone explain to me how a alternator just dies... i mean.. It has one ****in movin part..

I know they die but i don't know how one would just die... anyone know???
