Problems with my computer monitor

I turned on my computer today and for some reason the picture on my monitor has a slight vibration. It's not a big deal but it is giving me a headache. Any of you computer guys know what causes this?

Could be interference from a nearby source of something with a big amp draw..... (fan, flouresent light, heater, etc.)

Any new electrical devices nearby?

Also, make sure your refresh rate didn't get changed somehow....anything below about 72 Hertz wil cause a "flicker" .

Mister ed, I hope that by "fried" you mean fixed itself and never had another problem with it again.
