I think this guys servers has been hit pretty hard the last couple of days so some of the links are not working, but here's another example of a "dream" garage"

The pic with the red Ferrari is the "wash bay" and there's also one with a black Porsche hooked up to his own dyno.

Well like I said, some of the links were down that show the whole transformation (inside and out). Of course the pics with the unfinished walls are just that "not finished". I do like the first guy's floor better but I still don't see how you can call this wash bay "boring"

And having your own dyno? exhaust removal system? huge patio with pond and waterfall outside? (which of course isn't in the working links pictures). If you think that's boring, remind me to NEVER EVER EVER show you pics of my garage!
(You would wind up in a coma)

If I had that kind of scratch my garage would have a few plasma TVs, a bar, a bumpin' system and a big chrome pole....

I just looked at the ferrari garage again - just add steam and you have your very own turkish bath.

time to do a google search "Garages of the rich and famous", I wanna see some more droolable garage pics.

All I can say is shizzzz...I don't even own a garage cause we converted it to a bedroom we don't even need! I spent most of today in my lil 15x18 shed making sub boxes to have a lil $$$ cause im on a 3 month nonpayed vacation and that richer is sitting in his big booty garage watchin T.V.

O well...He's got the money...must be a doctor or somin.. and me I work with shamu...haha

Believe me, this is not envy speaking but, I noticed a few things that may be missing.

A bar, or at least some sort of provision for water and cooking food like a microwave.

A bathroom, preferably with a toilet, shower and washbasin.

Comfortable furniture for watching the TV or listening to the Stereo and/or reading car magazines, also need a good reading light.

Some 20 years ago, I did something like this but on about a one quarter scale. No dyno, no lift but all of the above I just listed. 4 cars capacity plus the same amount of room behind the cars with doors at both ends and an attic that covered about 1/4 of the floor space. As I remember, it cost around $5K and I did most of the interior finishing myself.

To keep from getting divorced, I had to allocate about $15K to my wife to remodel the house itself (we took out a second mortgage on a house we sort of stole, 12 years after we bought it)

Sadly, we moved to Atlanta and I have not been able to duplicate it just yet but it was neat when we had it.

DAMN!!!!!!!!!

If I had a garage like that it would be filled with hookers and I would invite all my friends…

Hey, you got to pay for that garage some how right?

If it wasn’t for women and all the damn shopping they do we could all have garages kind of like that. It was how men were intended to live, a garage with an 8’ X 4’ section to sleep at, a small hole in the corner to take a dump at and maybe somewhere to wash up. Then again who needs to wash up there is nothing like a hamburger with a little grease on it. Again, if it were not for women us men wouldn’t know what a “bathroom” or “wash-up” area was to begin with…

On the other hand women…

Damn, Adam should have kept Eve in check…
