Star Destroyer -vs- Battlestar Galatica
That's gonna be a toss up there...
But, I think in a toe-to-tow slug fest, the Star Destroyer would take out BSG....
Then again, the Star-Destroyer's protection (Tie fighters), would probably get pimped by BSG's Viper Fighters....

I mean, really, who would you rather have fighting beside you:
